Export Filtered Asset or Report Data

A CSV download contains the filtered Assets or report data, up to the export row limit.

Download the current Assets or Reports result as CSV while preserving the active filters.

Before you start

Role needed: any signed-in member. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.

Plan needed: An active Starter plan or higher is required for this task. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.

Open Assets or Reports

Use Assets to export the matching inventory list, or Reports to export the selected fixed report.

Synthetic sample assets illustrate the filters; names and serials are test data.
The crop focuses on report selection and filters. Report rows are not included.

Set and review filters

Search or apply status, category, location, overdue, due, or audit-result filters as supported by the page. Review the visible criteria before exporting.

Apply category and location filters, review the matching rows, then choose Export CSV.

Choose Export CSV

Select Export CSV. A Free-plan prompt opens in context; an active Starter-or-higher subscription starts the download. The export includes all matching rows, not only the page currently displayed.

Review the downloaded file

Open the CSV in a trusted spreadsheet application and confirm the headers, row count, and current filters before sharing it.

Troubleshooting

The export is blocked or returns a row-limit message.

Check: Confirm the subscription is active Starter or higher and fewer than 5,001 rows match.

Fix: Ask the Owner to review Billing, or narrow the report/asset filters and export again.
