Choose the fixed report that answers a current custody, overdue, maintenance, location, or audit question.

Plan needed: This task is available on Free. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.

Current Custody

Answers: Who currently has each live asset, and when is it expected back? It uses open assignments and can be filtered by asset search and location.

The crop focuses on report selection and filters. Report rows are not included.

Overdue Returns

Answers: Which live assets have an open checkout whose due date is earlier than the viewer's local date? A due-today checkout is not overdue; a checkout with no due date is not included.

Maintenance Due / Overdue

Answers: Which unresolved scheduled work is due today or past due? Use the due filter and asset/location filters to narrow the list.

Expected by Location

Answers: Which live, unassigned assets are recorded for a location, including No Location? Use it to compare the records with the physical inventory.

Latest Audit Findings

Answers: What did the latest completed Physical Inventory Audit find? It shows that audit's fixed Found, Missing, and Unexpected snapshots, not a live audit or all historical audits.
