Filter an Operational Report
The report shows the rows matching the selected filters while preserving its fixed scope.

Search a report and use its relevant location, due-date, or result filters.
Before you start
Plan needed: This task is available on Free. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.
Choose the report
Open Reports and select the report for your question. Each report has its own filters; filters do not change the definition of the report.
Apply the available filters
Search by asset details and choose a location where available. Maintenance Due / Overdue also filters by due state; Latest Audit Findings filters by Found, Missing, or Unexpected.
Review or clear the filters
Review the rows and page navigation. Use Clear Filters when you want to return to the full report view.
