Free now includes CSV import for owner/admin roles within its 25-tool limit. Guided first-asset setup helps new teams get started; Scan waits until assets exist before asking for camera access, and the export upgrade prompt appears after a user chooses to export. Interface refinements improve consistency across the app.
OrbitEquip V2 is now generally available. Maintenance dates validate and display safely across the supported range.
Starter and higher plans with an active subscription can send due-soon and overdue scheduled-maintenance reminders. Free keeps core custody, checkout reminders, CSV import, one-time maintenance, fixed report viewing, audit history, and continuation of existing work; paid plans add CSV export, new audits, new recurring schedules, and maintenance reminder emails.
Review five fixed operational reports, then export filtered CSV data on an active Starter-or-higher subscription. Report viewing remains available on Free.
Verify tools against fixed Location and Assignee snapshots, mark items Found, Missing, or Unexpected, and explicitly reconcile discrepancies. Free keeps audit history and lets teams continue existing audits.
Give each tool one private primary photo and an optional existing/manufacturer barcode for identification and search. OrbitEquip QR labels remain the canonical OrbitEquip identifier.
Create recurring maintenance schedules, pause or resume them, and automatically advance to the next occurrence after completion.
Set optional return due dates, see overdue tools, and send checkout reminder emails so teams know what should come back and when.
Owners and admins can see pending invitations, resend or cancel them, and manage member roles from Team settings. Invitees can accept invitations and join with the assigned role.
Schedule one-time planned maintenance with a due date, see upcoming and overdue work on the dashboard, and keep checkout blocked once maintenance becomes due. Recurring schedules were added in a later September release.
QR labels still open in a phone browser, but tool details are visible only to signed-in members of the owning organization. Team members can then check tools in or out from the scan workflow.
