Create a Recurring Maintenance Schedule

A recurring schedule is attached to the asset and displays its next due occurrence.

Set a repeat interval for preventive work such as periodic inspections or servicing.

Before you start

Role needed: Owner or Admin. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.

Plan needed: An active Starter plan or higher is required for this task. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.

1

Open Schedule Maintenance

Open the asset and choose Schedule Maintenance. Enter the work description and first due date.

The schedule form is unsaved. One-time maintenance is available on Free; creating a new recurring schedule requires active Starter or higher.
2

Enable recurrence

Check Make this schedule recurring. Enter a positive value under Repeat every and select Day, Week, Month, or Year.

Set the first due date and repeat interval before creating a recurring schedule.
3

Create the schedule

Review the description, due date, and interval, then choose Schedule Maintenance. The asset detail shows the recurring schedule and next due date.

An active schedule shows its frequency, next due date, and current occurrence.

Troubleshooting

The recurring option is blocked or the schedule is rejected.

Check: Confirm you are an Owner or Admin and the organization has an active Starter-or-higher subscription.

Fix: Have the Owner review the Billing page. Existing schedules remain available after downgrade.
