Manage Maintenance Reminder Emails
Eligible scheduled maintenance reminders are enabled or disabled for the organization and sent to the correct administrator recipients.
On this page
Set the organization preference for scheduled maintenance due-soon and overdue email reminders.
Before you start
Role needed: Owner or Admin. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.
Plan needed: An active Starter plan or higher is required for this task. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.
Open Notifications
Choose Notifications in the app navigation. Owners and Admins can manage organization reminder preferences.
Check the active plan
Maintenance Reminder Emails require an active Starter-or-higher subscription. On Free, the settings page shows the paid-feature prompt while other notification settings remain available.
Set the reminder preference
On an eligible plan, use the Maintenance Reminder Emails control to enable or disable these messages for the organization.
Know the schedule and recipients
Eligible scheduled work receives a due-soon reminder seven days before its due date and an overdue reminder after the date passes. Email goes to the organization's Owners and Admins. Due-today maintenance does not get a separate reminder email.

Troubleshooting
A maintenance reminder did not arrive.
Check: Confirm the record is scheduled and unresolved, the date matches the due-soon or overdue window, the preference is enabled, and the subscription is active Starter or higher.
Fix: Have the Owner review Billing and ask an Owner or Admin to check Notifications. See reminder troubleshooting for the remaining checks.
