Schedule One-Time Maintenance

The asset has a one-time maintenance record with a due date and visible status.

Create a dated maintenance task without setting a recurring schedule.

Before you start

Role needed: Owner or Admin. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.

Plan needed: This task is available on Free. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.

Open the asset detail

Choose Assets and select the tool that needs planned work.

Choose Schedule Maintenance

Enter the Work to perform description and select a Due date. Leave Make this schedule recurring unchecked for a one-time task.

The schedule form is unsaved. One-time maintenance is available on Free; creating a new recurring schedule requires active Starter or higher.

Save and review

Select Schedule Maintenance. Review the scheduled task and due date on the asset detail page.

Synthetic example status. The crop excludes the asset QR code and account profile.

Troubleshooting

The schedule cannot be saved.

Check: Confirm Work to perform is filled in and the due date is today or later.

Fix: Choose a valid date and submit again.
