What Remains Available After a Downgrade
Your team knows which records remain accessible and which new paid actions are locked on Free.

Understand which existing work continues and which new paid actions require an active Starter-or-higher subscription.
Before you start
Role needed: any signed-in member. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.
Plan needed: This task is available on Free. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.
Existing data remains available
A downgrade does not hide existing assets or completed history. The Free asset capacity still applies to adding new live assets.
Continue existing audit work
Audit history and an audit already in progress remain available on Free. Members can continue scans; Owners and Admins can normally reconcile eligible findings.
Continue existing recurring schedules
An already-created recurring schedule remains visible and can be operated, paused, or resumed on Free. Completing its current occurrence can create its next occurrence.
Know which new work is paid
Starting a new audit, creating a new recurring schedule, exporting CSV, and maintenance reminder emails require an active Starter-or-higher subscription. Free keeps one-time maintenance, reports, imports, and checkout reminders within their limits.
Tips
Keep in mind
Troubleshooting
A feature is locked after downgrade.
Check: Check whether the action creates a new paid workflow or continues an existing one.
Fix: Continue the existing audit/schedule from its list, or ask the Owner to review Billing for a new paid action.
