Review Your Plan on the Billing Page
The organization Owner can review the current plan state and use the billing controls actually shown for that account.

See the current plan, subscription status, asset count, and the billing controls available to the Owner.
Before you start
Role needed: Owner. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.
Open Billing
Sign in as the organization Owner and choose Billing in the app navigation. Admins and Workers can see an access restriction instead of billing controls.
Review current plan and status
The page shows the plan and subscription status and the current live asset count. Compare the plan cards and their asset capacities with the current organization need.
Use the available billing action
If Manage Billing is shown, it opens the account's billing portal. Otherwise, use the plan options displayed on the page. Follow only the controls and terms presented there.

Troubleshooting
Billing says access is restricted.
Check: Confirm the signed-in member is the organization Owner.
Fix: Ask the Owner to open Billing and review the account.
