Resume a saved in-progress audit or review a completed audit, including after a plan downgrade.

Before you start

Role needed: any signed-in member. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.

Plan needed: This task is available on Free. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.

1

Open Audits

Choose Audits in the app navigation. In-progress audits appear with their scope and remaining counts; completed audits appear in recent history.

The Audits list keeps completed audit history available for review.
2

Continue the active audit

Select the In Progress audit, compare its progress with the physical list, and scan additional expected assets. The original expected snapshot stays fixed.

Compare Expected, Found, Remaining, and Unexpected; scanning records presence without changing location or custody.
3

Review a completed audit

Select a Completed audit to review its Found, Missing, and Unexpected results and any reconciliation. Completed results are not reopened for more scans.

Completed results remain fixed while each reconciliation decision is recorded separately.
