Scan an OrbitEquip QR Label
A signed-in member sees the asset and available actions; a signed-out visit does not reveal private asset details.

Open an asset from its OrbitEquip QR label and understand what signed-out visitors can see.
Before you start
Role needed: any signed-in member. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.
Scan the label or open Scan
Use the phone browser camera in Scan, or enter the label value with Type. OrbitEquip opens the QR result for that asset.
Sign in if prompted
A signed-out QR visit does not display private asset name, status, location, or history. Sign in with an organization member account to view the authenticated result and use check-out/check-in actions.
Choose the next action
Review the asset's current status and choose the action you need, such as Check out or Check in. Use Scan another when the next tool is ready.

Troubleshooting
The QR page asks you to sign in.
Check: Confirm that the person scanning is a member of the organization.
Fix: Sign in with the invited account. Ask an Owner or Admin to invite the person if they are not a member.
