Expected Checkout or Maintenance Reminder Did Not Arrive
You can identify whether the reminder is disabled, outside its timing window, ineligible, or sent to another recipient.
On this page
Check the due date, reminder preference, subscription, status, and email recipient for the reminder type.
Before you start
Role needed: Owner or Admin. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.
Check the organization preference
Open Notifications and confirm the relevant Checkout Reminder Emails or Maintenance Reminder Emails preference is enabled.
Check the record and timing
Checkout reminders need an open assignment with a return due date; due-soon is the day before and overdue follows after the due date passes. Maintenance reminders need unresolved scheduled work; due-soon is seven days before and overdue follows after its due date.
Check who receives it
Checkout messages go to the linked assignee when available, otherwise Owners and Admins. Maintenance messages go to Owners and Admins. Confirm those organization members can receive mail at their account addresses.
Check maintenance plan access
Maintenance reminder emails require an active Starter-or-higher subscription. Checkout reminders are available on Free.
