Update or Resolve a Maintenance Record

The maintenance record shows its current status and the asset reflects whether work remains open.

Move an issue or scheduled task through its supported status choices and review its history.

Before you start

Role needed: Owner or Admin. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.

Plan needed: This task is available on Free. Existing records may remain available after a downgrade; see the plan guide for details.

Open the asset's maintenance record

Open the asset detail and find Current Maintenance or Scheduled Maintenance. Review the description, due date, and any attached issue photo.

Choose Change Status

Select Change Status and choose the appropriate state. Issue records use Open, In Progress, and Resolved. Scheduled work uses Scheduled, In Progress, and Resolved.

Resolve only after the work is done

Choose Resolved when the maintenance work is complete. Review the asset status and Maintenance History afterward.
