Search by an asset detail
Open Assets and type a tool name or identifying text in Search assets. The asset list uses searchable asset details including name, serial number, and Existing Barcode.
Synthetic sample assets illustrate the filters; names and serials are test data.

Narrow the list
Choose a Status, Category, or Location filter. Status options are Available, Checked Out, and Maintenance. Use the overdue filter when you need open checkouts past their return due date.

Open the matching record
Select an asset name to review its current holder, recorded location, maintenance, and checkout history.
