Owner or Admin

Keep one private primary photo on an asset so people can recognize it at a glance.

Before you start

Role needed: Owner or Admin. Ask an Owner if an action is unavailable.

1

Open the asset form

Choose Assets, open the asset, and select Edit. The form's Primary Photo area shows whether a photo is already set.

The form shows the optional fields alongside the required asset name.
Example asset detail header. QR artwork and account profile information are outside the crop.
2

Upload or replace the photo

Choose Upload Photo, select the tool image, then save the asset. To replace it, choose Replace Photo and select the new image.

3

Remove the photo when needed

Choose Remove Photo and save the asset. The asset record remains; only its primary image is removed.

Tips

Troubleshooting

The image does not appear after saving.

Check: Refresh the asset detail and confirm a photo file was selected before saving.

Fix: Open Edit, upload the image again, and save. If the existing photo is unavailable, replace it with a current copy.
