Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and password (stored in encrypted form).

Data you enter. We store the information you add to the Service, such as your tools, equipment, assets, locations, categories, check-in and check-out records, maintenance records, and any notes or attachments you upload.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Our payment provider processes your payment information subject to its own privacy policy.

Usage and analytics data. We use analytics and product-improvement tools to understand how the Service is used. These may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, actions taken, and session activity. Specifically, we use:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — to measure website traffic and usage.
• Microsoft Clarity — to understand how users interact with our pages, including session recordings and heatmaps of interactions.
